An effective breathing exercise that also works perfectly as an evening ritual before bedtime is the 4-7-8 breathing technique. Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds. Hold your breath for 7 seconds. Then exhale slowly through your slightly open mouth for 8 seconds. Repeat this cycle about 5-10 times.
As an evening ritual, this technique helps you relax so deeply that you may fall asleep immediately.

It is particularly effective for muscle and joint pain. Healing massage is specifically used to treat conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. This treatment is performed exclusively by certified massage therapists or physiotherapists.
