Cancellation conditions
Cancellation up to 14 days prior to arrival will not be charged, paid deposits will be refunded. From 14 days to 1 week before arrival we charge 30% cancellation fee of your booking. From 1 week to 4 nights before your arrival we charge 50% cancellation fee of your booking. From 4 days before your we charge 80% cancellation fee of your booking. In case of late arrival or early departure 80% cancellation fee will be charged. If the room can be rented again no cancellation invoice will be issued. We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. With only about 5% of the travel price, your planned stay is insured. Your planned stay insured. If you would like to take advantage of this service, you can do so at any time through us or directly with the European Reiseversicherung.*

We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. With only 5% of the travel price, your planned stay is insured. If you want to use this service, you only need to mention it in the reservation confirmation and we will take care of everything else. You are also welcome to purchase your travel insurance direkt abschließen.
